Japanese inventions

Say hello to the Music-Playing-Rolling-Robot Miuro. This robot is only 35 centimeters across and 22 centimeters high. At ¥108,800, this is one of the - if not the - most expensive mp3 players out there.
It's said to follow you and/or track you anywhere to your call.

Not to mention you can Mobile-Phone control it too.
This means you can take a picture with your phone of a specific place in your house and send it to Miuro by text/email and - voila - it rolls its way into that room.

Miuro uses a lithium battery that allows up to four hours of use on a two-hour charge. Thats better than my iPod! The robot uses cameras and sensors so it can find its way through your home without knocking anything over. Miuro can be used in place of an alarm clock - to roll into your room in the morning - playing your favorite song.

Who knows?
Maybe someday, Miuro could be in 1 of every 3 homes in America.
